Refund policy

• No refunds will be made to Paypal, Perfect Money, Coinbase, Webmoney.

• Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.
• Since SmartPanel offers non-tangible irrevocable goods, you agree that after the purchase is made you cannot cancel/stop or remove any actions that this initiated. You understand that by Purchasing any goods on SmartPanel and SmartPanel this decision is final and you won't be able to reserve it.
• No refunds or partial are made to Paypal, all credit added must be used in the site.
• We reserve the right to deny Automatic Payments for any users until a manual verification is performed

Reasons that do not entitle customers to policy refunds:

• You/Customer don't want it after You/Customer have downloaded it
• The item did not meet their expectations or they feel the item is of low quality
• You/Customer simply change their mind
• You/Customer bought the item by mistake
• You/Customer do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
• You/Customer claim that they are entitled to a refund but do not provide a sufficient description of the reason they are entitled to a refund
