Installation service fee

There is two kind of installation service:

$15 (For Shared Hosting): includes the installation of script and configuring the cronjobs.
$20 (For VPS): includes the installation of VPS (Vestacp), script and configuring the cronjobs.

Which host provider do you recommend for Smartpanel?

We prefer to host with Stablehost, Godady, VPS Digital Ocean server or you can choose Shared hosting, VPS from any hosting company.

You are free to choose that, you can find main server requirements for the script.

Can I use this platform in more than one domain?

With one purchase code you can use it on one domain name. You need to get new license for each domain name, please check Envato Help Page for more information about licenses: http://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard.

If I have a regular license of SmartPanel. Is it possible to upgrade directly to Extended License?

Yes, it is possible. In this case, you should contact with us via email: [email protected]

What is the difference between Regular License and Extended License?

Regular License: You can use it to create ‘an’ application item(one same item) and distribute it FREE of charge to others(multiple persons).
Extended License: You can use it to create ‘an’ application item(one same item) and ‘sell it for charge to others through Payment system (Paypal, Stripe) (multiple persons as Saas).

I would like to change the server currently operating script, What should I do?

Following to Steps by steps below:

Back up the current data and database.
Create new database in new server (database name, user, give permission for user etc).
Move the back up data and extract it in directory folder in new server.
Open the config.php file in this path: app/config.php and edit with new database's information.
Save and Finsih the configuration.
